Our process
With safety as our top priority, here’s how we design and facilitate rigging as part of our turnkey solutions.
1. Design a rigging plan.
We work with you, the equipment vendor, and the crane company to plan the work that needs to be done. We’ll cover all the details, including capacity ratings and stress analysis, to ensure equipment can take the load. The rigging plan is submitted for safety approval.
Then we move on to the engineered plan, which includes detailed diagrams and models for rigging execution. We plan out where equipment will be staged on site and how equipment will move. The customer and all parties review and approve this plan to create alignment.
2. Coordinate and manage all the logistics.
DenTech’s OSHA qualified riggers and signal men will manage all the details for shipping, offloading, and staging. When equipment is in place at the customer facility, we shim, level, align, and anchor equipment. Precision here is key.
3. Execute the plan.
By combining our in-house expertise, partnerships, and resources, we execute the rigging and engineering plans. Our knowledge enables out-of-the-box thinking, 3D modeling capabilities, and holistic planning.
