- Dura-Life™ Polyester for general purpose use, including grain, fine wood dust, flour, and food applications.
- Dura-Life™ Anti-Static prevents static charge build up and improves release of charged dust particles. Ideal for applications with rubber, painting, resins, and plastic.
- Dura-Life™ Oleophobic for wet, oily, or sticky dust applications, such as nuts, oil, soaps, and food.
- Dura-Life™ Anti-Static Oleophobic prevent static charge build up in wet, oily, or sticky dust applications. Ideal for adhesive, pet food, and sugar applications.
These filter bags are available in various lengths, including 4 feet, 5 feet, 6 feet, 8 feet, 10 feet, and 12 feet.
Specialty Fabric Bags Made for High Temperatures
Specialty fabric bags are made for high temperature applications. Media options include:
- PTFE Tetratex® with high-efficiency media for pulse jet baghouse dust collectors. Ideal for food, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and chemical processing applications. Available in various lengths, on polyester or polyester with copper ground wire.
- Aramid Singed for pulse jet baghouse collectors in applications up to 204° C / 400° F. Ideal for asphalt, foundry, cement, and smelting applications. Available with or without wear cuff.
- P-84® is used in pulse jet baghouse dust collectors in applications up to 237° C / 460° F. Ideal for kiln, coal-fired boiler, ceramic, and incinerator applications.
- PPS/Ryton® for pulse jet baghouse dust collectors in application where alkaline and or chemical resistance is required, including cement mills, oil/gas firing, and foundry applications.
Standard Fabric Filters
Standard fabric filters are strong and abrasive bags made from polyester felt or polypropylene felt. Media options include:
- Polyester Singed fabric bags with a uniform finish that allows for better dust cake release. Ideal for applications in wood, tobacco, flour, and metal processing. Available with a copper ground wire, with a wire cuff, or with an oval disk.
- Polyester Glazed fabric bags with a smooth, high sheen surface to better release dust cakes. Ideal for applications in wood, food, jewelry processing, and metal processing. Available with copper ground wire or wear cuff.
- Polypropylene fabric bags that resist chemicals, bacteria, and mildew. Ideal for applications in recycling, steel processing, milling, and cleaning products.
