A chemical manufacturer needed to replace a feeder that was causing product quality issues and customer complaints. After they tested a potential solution in their facility, they reached out to DenTech for design, fabrication, and assembly of the replacement equipment.
DenTech designed the material handling equipment to the customer’s specifications and sent CAD drawings for approval. After approval, DenTech provided the new components:
- Carbon steel inertia block/riser
- Foot-operated hydraulic lift
- Vibratory feeder
DenTech designed, assembled, wired, and tested an electrical control panel that was UL and cUL listed to UL 508A.
All the equipment was assembled and tested at DenTech’s facility.
DenTech completed all the design, fabrication, assembly, and electrical control panel work in-house. The new material handling equipment resolved the product quality issues the customer was having.
