Our team designed and built a demo in our robotics test cell.
The demo uses dual servo timing belt conveyors with cap tooling fixtures. In the video, you can see how the caps feed into the pocket fixtures, one at time. After the sixth fixture is filled, the conveyor accelerates to move the caps directly under the robot pick point. The FANUC robot pick caps from the fixtures and places them into an inline track.
