A roofing manufacturer needed a dust collection system, process piping, and some additional support for its newly built facility.
Solution
DenTech installed a Donaldson Modular Baghouse dust collector. This system features a welded design that increases durability and tool-free installation of bag filters.
DenTech installed several kinds of process piping, including compressed air, steam, and nitrogen. Support structures included pipe bridges and operator access platforms, which DenTech fabricated and installed.
DenTech completed this work over the course of five months, alongside other projects to get the new facility up and running.
Results
With DenTech’s support, the manufacturer was able to install equipment, a dust collection system, process piping, and support structures in its new facility. Since DenTech has all these capabilities in-house, the manufacturer could work with DenTech for various work, rather than coordinate with multiple vendors.
