JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for electrical installations, preventative maintenance, and general service for our customers Dust Collection and other related equipment. Responsible for overseeing a crew and communicating on the company’s behalf between our customers and project managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. To install projects at our customers facilities using resources provided
  2. To oversee and continually train co worker (helper)
  3. Minor rigging responsibilities
  4. Mechanical blue print / electrical schematic reading
  5. Experienced use of hand tools and portable power equipment
  6. Use of electrical meter and other monitoring equipment
  7. Working from heights (ladder s, lift equipment, roofs, silos, etc)
  8. Working in the elements (excessive heat, rain, snow, etc)
  9. Must be able to wear a respirator per manufacturers
    recommendations
  10. Responsible to work safely and ensure co workers and other
    person(s) in the immediate area are working safely
  11. Respect our customers policies and job site rules
  12. Solve problems and road blocks when presented while maintaining a
    positive attitude
  13. Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  14. Provide training to new staff
  15. Maintain a professional image
  16. Be available to co workers during and after normal operating hours
  17. Ability to Bend and Run Conduit

QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Related on the job experience. Two or more years of related
    experience.
  2. Knowledge of production processes, material costs
  3. Mobility and flexibility in traveling to customer locations within a (5)
    state radius including overnight stays for weeks at a time
  4. Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems
    in the field
  5. Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
  6. Ability to work with little or no supervision
  7. Ability to supervise co workers efforts while meeting project deadlines
  8. Maintain a valid drivers license

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Maintain up to date and completed paperwork
  2. Assist other departments within the company

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for machining and assembling parts per supplied prints using the tools and machines provided by DenTech.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  1. Ability to review a drawing package and obtain the necessary information to machine a part within the specified tolerances
  2. Stay up to date with machining practices and machines
  3. Maintain a safe work environment and attend monthly tool box talks
  4. Be an active member of the safety culture
  5. Mobility and flexibility with assisting other departments
  6. Ability to operate rigging equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines
  7. Perform a daily cleaning of your machinery and work area
  8. Provide support to our operations when necessary
  9. Perform machine maintenance as needed
  10. Inspect parts during and upon completion of the manufacturing process
  11. Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  12. Assist in providing training to new staff
  13. Maintain a professional image
  14. Be available to work overtime when required
  15. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Related on-the-job experience or an associate’s degree. Two or more years of related experience preferred.
  2. Knowledge of production processes and material costs
  3. Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems.
  4. Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
  5. Ability to work with little or no supervision
  6. Proficient in math

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for programming, setting up, running the machine and inspecting their own work.

Job Summary:

Responsible for compiling information from our project managers, customers, and business partners and creating an electrical design that will help meet our customers needs.

 

Essential Functions:

  1. Stay up to date on new products and market trends
  2. Assist the Project Managers in maintaining good working relationships with our customers and vendors
  1. Develop a solution to our customers problem(s)/concern(s)
  2. Must be sufficient using Dentech’s current software Autodesk – AutoCAD Electrical)
  3. Prepare purchase orders based on information gathered during design
  4. Attend weekly and monthly status meetings as required
  5. Provide support to our operations while projects are active
  6. Work with other departments to stay up to date on current practices
  7. Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  8. Assist with training to new staff
  9. Maintain a professional image
  10. Must be an active member of our team
  11. Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications:

  1. Related on-the-job experience or an associate’s degree. Two or more years of related experience preferred.
  1. Knowledge of production processes, material costs, sales techniques
  2. Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems on the spot
  1. Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
  2. Ability to work with little or no supervision
  3. Knowledge and ability to operate Dentech’s current drawing package using Autodesk – AutoCAD Electrical
  4. Strong computer skills

 

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Aid electrical designer with electrical drawings, bill of materials, and other design tasks
  • Assist with ordering materials for projects
  • Provide phone tech support
  • Aid programmers with testing of panels
  • Visit job-site when needed to provide support to installers
