Location: Based out of Denver, PA. This position requires mobility and flexibility to travel to customer locations within a 5-state radius, including overnight stays for weeks at a time

Job Summary:

Responsible for installing equipment and materials sold by DenTech. Responsible for assisting the Field Leader to perform their duties as directed by DenTech and the customer.

Essential Functions:

  • Install projects at our customers’ facilities using resources provided
  • Understand our installation schedule and its frequent changes
  • General millwright and rigging responsibilities
  • Experienced use of hand tools and portable power equipment
  • Welding experience, MIG, Stick, and TIG and use of a torch is preferred
  • Working from heights (ladders, lift equipment, roofs, silos, etc)
  • Working in the elements (excessive heat, rain, snow, etc)
  • Responsible to work safely and ensure co-workers and other person(s) in the immediate area are working safely
  • Respect our customers’ policies and jobsite rules
  • Assist supervisor to solve problems and roadblocks when presented
  • Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  • Maintain a professional image
  • Other duties as assigned


Qualifications:

  • Related on-the-job experience preferred. Two or more years of related experience preferred.
  • Mobility and flexibility in traveling to customer locations within a (5) state radius including overnight stays for weeks at a time
  • Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems in the field
  • Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license

  • Maintain company vehicles as required (i.e., fuel levels, oil changes, general maintenance, etc.

Location: Based out of Denver, PA. This position requires out of town work.

Job Summary:

Visit customer sites to evaluate industrial air filtration systems, complete service inspection reports, and recommend necessary repairs. Able to work with hand and power tools. Requires out-of-town work approximately 33% of the time. Occasional weekend work (with overtime pay) and per diem for overnight stays. Excellent work ethic and the desire to advance. Training is provided for this role.

Job Summary:

Responsible for electrical installations, preventative maintenance, and general service for our customers’ dust collection and related equipment.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist with installing projects at our customers’ facilities using resources provided

Job Summary:

DenTech Industrial is currently seeking a Mechanical Designer/Drafter to work within our Automation Systems Department.

Essential Functions:

  • Design turnkey robotic automation systems for the manufacturing industry including flexible sorting & feeding technologies, vision-guided robotic applications, product assembly & primary packaging systems, robotic case packing, custom depalletizing, palletizing, and conveyance systems
  • Lead all elements of project design from concept brainstorming through detailed design
  • Create and/or modify concept layouts, 3D models, assemblies, and detail drawings utilizing SolidWorks Computer Aided Design (CAD) with SolidWorks Product Data Management (PDM) software
  • Research relevant component and technical-related resources in support of project objectives
  • Provide design solutions while being mindful of form, fit, function, manufacturability, and cost
  • Apply internal best practices along with applicable industry standards, e.g., ANSI, ASME
  • Maintain engineering assets and technical data package throughout product lifecycle, e.g., drawings, revision history, bill of materials, literature submittals, etc.
  • Develop and conduct tests for system performance and engineering design validation, including design-level calculations, simulations, and analysis
  • Work directly with customers, sales, and marketing to ensure an understanding of product requirements
  • Collaborate with Product Engineers and entire product development teams

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial automation design (motion control, robotics, laser systems, machine vision, etc.)
  • Mastery of AutoCAD/SolidWorks software in designing automation and robotic systems, including knowledge and experience with mechanical components, fabricated parts, and electromechanical hardware
  • Portfolio demonstrating out-of-the-box thinking and stellar taste in design
  • MS or BS degree in mechanical engineering, industrial design, or relevant fields; preferred
  • Knowledge of the fundamental physics and environmental interactions that influence design (i.e., thermal, structural, vibration, dynamics)
  • Strong logic, reasoning, and problem-solving skills to identify and evaluate multiple hypotheses, solutions, conclusions, or approaches

Job Summary:

Applicants must have a general knowledge of electrical circuits and components. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and panel layout drawings. Ability to understand basic electrical troubleshooting as it relates to testing circuit functionality and identifying potential problems. Able to work with hand and power tools. Essential Functions:

  • Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures
  • Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures
  • Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards
  • Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, I/O modules, VFDs, interfaces, and instrumentation
  • Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions
  • Maintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication
  • Communicate red line changes to engineer or team leader for revision prior to completion
  • Communicate effectively with all team members, leads, builders, engineers, and the project manager
