JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for istalling equipment and materials sold by DenTech. Responsible for assisting the Field Leader to perform their duties as directed by DenTech and the customer.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. To install projects at our customers facilities using resources provided
  2. Understand our installation schedule and its frequent changes
  3. General millwright and rigging responsibilities
  4. Experienced use of hand tools and portable power equipment
  5. Welding experience, Mig, Stick, and Tig and use of a torch is preferred
  6. Working from heights (ladders, lift equipment, roofs, silos, etc)
  7. Working in the elements (excessive heat, rain, snow, etc)
  8. Responsible to work safely and ensure co-workers and other person(s) in the immediate area are working safely
  9. Respect our customers pollicies and job site rules
  10. Assist supervisor solve problems and road blocks when presented
  11. Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  12. Maintain a professional image
  13. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Related on-the-job experience preferred. Two or more years of related experience preferred.
  2. Mobility and flexibility in traveling to customer locations within a (5) state radius including overnight stays for weeks at a time.
  3. Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems in the field.
  4. Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
  5. Ability to work with little supervision.
  6. Maintain a valid driver’s license.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Maintain company vehicles as required (i.e. fuel levels, oil changes, general maintenance, etc.)
  2. Perform general maintenance at our facility.
  3. Make small pick-ups and deliveries.

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to fabricate and weld purchased materials to create a usable product while maintaining high quality, speed, and a safe work environment The successful candidate will have the ability to assemble, maintain, and install structural units and piping system, working both indoor on site and frequently traveling to outdoor construction/job-site environments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Fabricate parts using supplied drawings per supervisors instructions
  2. Load / Unload trucks when necessary
  3. Fit and Weld parts together using supplied drawings per supervisors instructions
  4. General rigging responsibilities
  5. Blueprint reading
  6. Experienced use of hand tools and portable power equipment
  7. Welding experience, Mig, Stick, and Tig and use of a torch
  8. Working from ladders
  9. Operate lift equipment
  10. Responsible to work safely and ensure co-workers and other person(s) in the immediate area are working safely
  11. Maintain a high degree quality while staying focused and productive and contributing to a friendly work environment
  12. Solve problems and road blocks when presented efficiently
  13. Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  14. Assist in training of new staff
  15. Maintain a professional appearance
  16. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Must have pipe welding experience and/or certifications in previous positions.
  2. Related on-the-job experience or schooling preferred.
  3. Knowledge of hand tools and mechanical properties.
  4. Mobility and flexibility in working overtime and weekends when necessary.
  5. Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems.
  6. Maintain a valid driver’s license.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Maintain a safe and clean workspace
  2. Assist co-workers as directed by your direct supervisor
  3. Assist other departments within the company

JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible for machining and assembling parts per supplied prints using the tools and machines provided by DenTech.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Ability to review a drawing package and obtain the necessary information to machine a part within the specified tolerances
  2. Stay up to date with machining practices and machines
  3. Maintain a safe work environment and attend monthly tool box talks
  4. Be an active member of the safety culture
  5. Mobility and flexibility with assisting other departments
  6. Ability to operate rigging equipment per manufacturer’s guidelines
  7. Perform a daily cleaning of your machinery and work area
  8. Provide support to our operations when necessary
  9. Perform machine maintenance as needed
  10. Inspect parts during and upon completion of the manufacturing process
  11. Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  12. Assist in providing training to new staff
  13. Maintain a professional image
  14. Be available to work overtime when required
  15. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Related on-the-job experience or an associate’s degree. Two or more years of related experience preferred.
  2. Knowledge of production processes and material costs
  3. Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems.
  4. Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
  5. Ability to work with little or no supervision
  6. Proficient in math

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for programming, setting up, running the machine and inspecting their own work.
