JOB SUMMARY:
Responsible to fabricate and weld purchased materials to create a usable product while maintaining high quality, speed, and a safe work environment The successful candidate will have the ability to assemble, maintain, and install structural units and piping system, working both indoor on site and frequently traveling to outdoor construction/job-site environments.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Fabricate parts using supplied drawings per supervisors instructions
  2. Load / Unload trucks when necessary
  3. Fit and Weld parts together using supplied drawings per supervisors instructions
  4. General rigging responsibilities
  5. Blueprint reading
  6. Experienced use of hand tools and portable power equipment
  7. Welding experience, Mig, Stick, and Tig and use of a torch
  8. Working from ladders
  9. Operate lift equipment
  10. Responsible to work safely and ensure co-workers and other person(s) in the immediate area are working safely
  11. Maintain a high degree quality while staying focused and productive and contributing to a friendly work environment
  12. Solve problems and road blocks when presented efficiently
  13. Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  14. Assist in training of new staff
  15. Maintain a professional appearance
  16. Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:
  1. Must have pipe welding experience and/or certifications in previous positions.
  2. Related on-the-job experience or schooling preferred.
  3. Knowledge of hand tools and mechanical properties.
  4. Mobility and flexibility in working overtime and weekends when necessary.
  5. Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems.
  6. Maintain a valid driver’s license.

  2. Assist co-workers as directed by your direct supervisor

Job Summary:

Installation of dust collection equipment, ductwork, rigging, working at heights on man lifts, operate forklifts.  Requires out of town work, Monday through Friday approximately 66% of the time.  Ability to operate hand and power tools.  Work on customers sites safely and understand and follow OSHA regulations.  Excellent work ethic and a desire to advance.  Valid driver’s license required.

Essential Functions:

  1. To install projects at customers facilities using resources provided
  2.  Understand installation schedule and its frequent changes
  3.  General millwright and rigging responsibilities
  4.  Welding experience, Mig, Stick, and Tig and use of a torch is preferred
  5.  Working from heights (ladders, lift equipment, roofs, silos, etc.)
  6.  Ability to lift 75 pounds
  7.  Working in the elements (excessive heat, rain, snow, etc.)
  8.  Must be able to wear a respirator per manufacturers recommendations
  1. Responsible to work safely and ensure co-workers and other person(s) in the immediate area are working safely
  1. Follow customer policies and job site rules
  2. Assist supervisor, problem solve when issues occur
  3. Attend training courses as deemed necessary

Qualifications:

  1. Related on-the-job experience preferred.  Two or more years of related experience preferred.
  1. Mobility and flexibility in traveling to customer locations within a (5) state radius including overnight stays for weeks at a time
  1. Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems in the field
  1. Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
  2. Ability to work with little supervision
  3. Maintain a valid driver’s license

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain company vehicles as required (I.E. fuel levels, oil changes, general maintenance, etc.)
  1. Perform general maintenance at our facility.
  2. Make small pick-ups and deliveries

Job Summary:

Visit customer sites to inspect dust collections systems, fill out service reports, evaluate and recommend necessary repairs.  Able to understand basic electrical troubleshooting and pneumatics.  Able to work with hand and power tools.  Requires out of town work, Monday through Friday, approximately 50% of the time.  Excellent work ethic and the desire to advance.  Valid driver’s license required.

 

Essential Functions:

  • Work from heights and confined spaces
  • Operating aerial lifts and material handling equipment
  • Personal protection equipment required in dusty/hazardous environments
  • Working in the elements (excessive heat, rain, snow, etc)
  • Follow customer policies and job site rules

Job Summary:
Applicants must have a general knowledge of electrical circuits and components. Ability to read and understand electrical schematics as well as panel layout drawings. Ability to understand basic electrical troubleshooting as it relates to testing circuit functionality and identifying potential problems. Able to work with hand and power tools. Essential Functions:

• Dimension and layout of back panels and enclosures
• Mounting of components to back panels and enclosures
• Routing and bundling of wire and cables neatly to meet wiring standards
• Point to point wiring of relays, controls, PLCs, 1/0 Modules, VFDs, Interfaces, & Instrumentation
• Troubleshoot panels as needed to eliminate wiring errors and component malfunctions
• Maintain red line drawing mark-ups of changes required during fabrication
• Communicate red line changes to Engineer or Team Leader for revision prior to completion
• Communicates effectively with all team members, leads, builders, engineers, and the Project Manager
• The ability to meet deadlines under pressure
• A high standard of quality and attention to detail.
• Perform other duties as assigned or as needed.


Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Technical school attendance a plus.
• Ability to understand and work from schematics.
• Knowledge of electrical theory and terminology require
• Ability to communicate effectively, (written and verbally) with peers, management.
• Must be willing to work some overtime if the business need arises.

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Dentech team. The Apprentice’s responsibilities include learning and developing practical skills, observing all health and safety polices while training to become a machine apprentice.

Essential Functions:

  • Stay current with machining practices and machines
  • Maintain a safe work environment
  • Basic understanding of Mills, Lathes, Grinders, Drill Press
  • Be an active member of the safety culture
  • Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
  • Mobility and flexibility with assisting other departments
  • Perform a daily cleaning of your machinery and work area
  • Provide support to our operations when necessary
  • Perform machine maintenance as needed
  • Attend training courses as deemed necessary
  • Ability to lift 75 pounds

 

Qualifications:

  • Enrollment in Technical School, recent Vocational School graduate
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Good time management, critical and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for learning
