Current Open Positions:
Responsible to fabricate and weld purchased materials to create a usable product while maintaining high quality, speed, and a safe work environment The successful candidate will have the ability to assemble, maintain, and install structural units and piping system, working both indoor on site and frequently traveling to outdoor construction/job-site environments.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Fabricate parts using supplied drawings per supervisors instructions
- Load / Unload trucks when necessary
- Fit and Weld parts together using supplied drawings per supervisors instructions
- General rigging responsibilities
- Blueprint reading
- Experienced use of hand tools and portable power equipment
- Welding experience, Mig, Stick, and Tig and use of a torch
- Working from ladders
- Operate lift equipment
- Responsible to work safely and ensure co-workers and other person(s) in the immediate area are working safely
- Maintain a high degree quality while staying focused and productive and contributing to a friendly work environment
- Solve problems and road blocks when presented efficiently
- Attend training courses as deemed necessary
- Assist in training of new staff
- Maintain a professional appearance
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have pipe welding experience and/or certifications in previous positions.
- Related on-the-job experience or schooling preferred.
- Knowledge of hand tools and mechanical properties.
- Mobility and flexibility in working overtime and weekends when necessary.
- Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems.
- Maintain a valid driver’s license.
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Summary:
Responsible for electrical installations, preventative maintenance, and general service for our customers Dust Collection and other related equipment.
Essential Functions:
- To assist with installing projects at our customers facilities using resources provided
- Minor rigging responsibilities
- Mechanical blueprint / electrical schematic reading
- Use of hand tools and portable power equipment
- Use of electrical meter and other monitoring equipment
- Working from heights (ladders, lift equipment, roofs, silos, etc)
- Working in the elements (excessive heat, rain, snow, etc)
- Must be able to wear a respirator per manufacturers recommendations
- Perform filter changes on our customers dust collectors
- Responsible to work safely and ensure co-workers and other person(s) in the immediate area are working safely
- Respect our customers policies and job site rules
- Assist in solving problems and road blocks when presented while maintaining a positive attitude
- Attend training courses as deemed necessary
- Available to work additional shifts and weekends as necessary
- Maintain a professional image
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Related on-the-job experience or schooling
- Mobility and flexibility in traveling to customer locations within a (5) state radius including overnight stays for weeks at a time
- Ability to overcome stressful situations and identify / solve problems in the field
- Strong communication skills and professional etiquette
- Maintain a valid drivers license
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain company vehicles as specified (I.E. fuel levels, oil changes, general maintenance, etc.)
- Maintain up to date and completed paperwork
- Assist other departments within the company
JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Dentech team. The Apprentice’s responsibilities include learning and developing practical skills, observing all health and safety polices while training to become a machine apprentice.
Essential Functions:
- Stay current with machining practices and machines
- Maintain a safe work environment
- Basic understanding of Mills, Lathes, Grinders, Drill Press
- Be an active member of the safety culture
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Mobility and flexibility with assisting other departments
- Perform a daily cleaning of your machinery and work area
- Provide support to our operations when necessary
- Perform machine maintenance as needed
- Attend training courses as deemed necessary
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
Qualifications:
- Enrollment in Technical School, recent Vocational School graduate
- Valid Driver’s License
- Good time management, critical and interpersonal skills
- A passion for learning
Job Summary:
Installation of dust collection equipment, ductwork, rigging, working at heights on man lifts, operate forklifts. Requires out of town work, Monday through Friday approximately 66% of the time. Ability to operate hand and power tools. Work on customers sites safely and understand and follow OSHA regulations. Excellent work ethic and a desire to advance. Valid driver’s license required.

Visit customer sites to inspect dust collections systems, fill out service reports, evaluate and recommend necessary repairs. Able to understand basic electrical troubleshooting and pneumatics. Able to work with hand and power tools. Requires out of town work, Monday through Friday, approximately 50% of the time. Excellent work ethic and the desire to advance. Valid driver’s license required.

- Operating aerial lifts and material handling equipment
- Personal protection equipment required in dusty/hazardous environments
