Pleated bag filters
Pleated bag filters use Donaldson Torit’s Ultra-Web® technology—an electrospinning process that produces very fine, continuous fiber. The nanofibers form a permanent web-like net that traps dust on the surface media. Ultra-Web combines with a sturdy spunbond polyester substrate to form Ultwa-Web Spunbond (UWSB) pleated bag filters.
These filters outperform standard spunbond products and offer benefits of a longer filter life, higher efficiency, lower pressure drop, and tolerance to chemicals and moisture.
